It’s like eating at my house. My mom would serve hamburgers with rice and kimchee. Very Korean-American. I bet this place makes good tofu burgers. I’d try it out just to see what’s up. If you ever come to South Florida, we’ll go to a Jamaican-Chinese restaurant. I always thought that was really fucked up.
I haven’t been to Florida since I lived there in 92-93… I lived in Orlando, but used to head to the southeast to dive the reefs.

It reminds me of the little Chinese/English fusion take-out place I would go to in the little town of Henley (or was it Hurley), down the road from where I was living in England for a couple months on the Thames.
I think it was called Full House Chinese Fish-n-Chips. Not only did they have a full (well, comparable to your average Panda Express) Chinese food menu but they had, what I was told because I hate fried fish, pretty darned good fish-n-chips. They also served “Southern Fried Chicken” and seasoned ‘tater wedges. What up with that?

in Corpus Christi, there was this Mexican/Asian place called Wok-A-Mole… that cracks me up to this day
On the way to Austin on 290 there used to be a place called Chinese/Burrito.
