Standing in awe. The blood coursing through my veins and sweat from my pores must be the only real things in the room. I have been madly and passionately in love with music as an art since I was a child. In my adult years, I have learned to appreciate a wider spectrum of musical expression and embrace it's performance as truly one of the finest things we can give and experience during our short time here. Have you ever been to a live performance and the performer stops performing? I have not (until now). I have spent the last decade skipping the trendy, thumpy dance club scene in favor of live musical performance. I need a fix, I go to a show. Sometimes I would binge and be with a band 4 or 5 nights a week. I have never seen a performer stop performing. Todd stopped performing tonight. He became the music. That is what music is all about. Conveying your thoughts and emotions with music... what better way to accomplish that very thing than to put your entire heart and soul into that very end? Todd Lewis is the Toadies.
