I’ve been thinking about cutting
I've been thinking about cutting the highlights out of my hair. I put them in originally because I like the way they look when their all chunky and obvious, but I want to try something different. I joke around with my friends about shaving my head however, let me clarify... I am joking. I would look like a 7 year of Hari Krishna enthusiast if I did that... trust me, I know what I look like bald. It sucks to be a man of your word when you lose a bet. No, I won't post the picture, but it's in the archives somewhere if your that fucking masochistic. I thought about dying my hair black... really, really black. I don't know about that either. Right now, I'm leaning toward cutting the highlights out and going back to my natural color which is the brown undertone you see in pictures of me with A LOT of salt-n-peppa mixed in... I'm getting to be gray like George Clooney... lol. I laugh when I get my hair cut. It freaks the stylist out to see me with all the gray hair because I look young for my age other than that... I'm easily amused. Anyhoo, just a random thought.
Dude, don’t go black. That never looks right. Few people actually look good with really black hair and they’re mostly non-caucasoid.

I’ve thought of going dirty blonde but haven’t done it. Well, that’s not 100% true. I tried once, without bleaching the natural reddish brown that’s in my hair and was light orange for a while. Not a total loss...I looked like I might be in a band or something.
you and I have almost the same natural color (except you don’t have my spreading sprinkles of gray), so take some advice… go to a professional that knows how to process the tones correctly… otherwise, you’ll repeat what you just mentioned… and you aren’t in a band brother. ;-)
I’ve changed my hair color and texture repeatedly. I’ve got the blonde highlights now, but I’ve also gone black, red, permed, shaved and ponytailed. I’m thinking about dreadlocks next.
It’s only hair. If you don’t like how it looks, it will grow out again. Go wild.

i could totally fall in love with you over this you know! a guy that i can talk “chunky highlights” with? *sigh*
don’t cut them out… have your colorist lay back in the natural color and transition the highlights out
