*nurse here* Usually, when people think they’ve pinched a nerve in their neck, it’s normally just a muscles spasm. Try eating bananas and alternate ibuprophen with acetominifen. Use alternating heat and cold and try stretching it out. It will probably take a day or two to get it calmed down. (Course I have serious muscle relaxers) but if you’ve got some muscle relaxers, take them. It’ll help.
