Apparently, to the Home Warranty company, an emergency does not mean “AHHH OMG EMERGENCY NOW NOW NOW”...It simply means “oh, by the way, when you have a moment could you perhaps send a tech over, you know, when you have time”
So for the next 3-7 hours, I get to sit and watch my emergency of a living room ceiling get worse.
