Ok, so far I've come to the following conclusions:
1. People in Nawlins like to party in a serious way.
2. There are a lot of people looking for for a free ride here.
3. Fried food seems to be the flavor of the day for most unfortunately.
4. The maid that prep'd my room is from the Arctic north.
5. Hotel bed sleep has a fractional rest factor compared to big 'ole home bed sleep.
There may be more epiphanies after coffee but I doubt it.
