Beer and lots of it... it's not just for breakfast anymore. EQ2-Daily (a.k.a. the three amigos that like to drink copious quanities of alchohol and talk about geek stuff) posted a new podcast with a LoTM spot in it. That's pretty cool. I am in an online shopping mood today. Bank accounts beware!

How did that become the geek podcast “thing”...drink and talk about geek stuff. A geeky podcast that I’m subscribed to, Diggnation, is hosted by two guys that drink a different beer each show, sometimes tape their shows at a bar, and get silly as the show progresses. Another geek podcast I’ve checked out, TWiT, has had similar flirtings with alcohol. And I heard that Saturday Night Live did a sketch on podcasting and it was pretty much along those lines, two geeks, talking to cameras with laptops and beers. Weird.
