I’ve spent the last two

I've spent the last two days working in our San Antonio datacenter and let me tell you that driving there one day and back the next beats doing both directions in one day... but not by much. I got a lot done, but feel like I'm leaving some loose threads needing attention for the weekend. I'm really looking forward to the mountain air and seeing Jason again. It's hot here. That is H - O - T in case you were wondering. The alleged temp yesterday was 98 Fahrenheit with a heat index of 113 Fahrenheit. Get some of that buckaroo. I ate at Boudro's on the Riverwalk last night. Ambrosia. A simple blackened prime rib that you could cut with a fork and probably the best bloody mary I've had in years. It felt weird not drinking it for breakfast though... definitely a breakfast drink. Jason, EL, and I are going to Mona Lisa's on Sunday. I can't wait for that little sit down either. Not only do they have excellent food, it was also the location of our first kiss. We are attending the DCI finals on Saturday evening. I plan of drinking a lot at 15C. Sweet mother of Gawd I loves me a good martini and cigar. Jason and I are probably doing touristy stuff while EL socializes. I need to clean my camera. I need to do laundry. I need to pack. Tee it up baby. It's on.

Holy shit. I am a

Holy shit. I am a wee bit sleepy at this point. I've been at work since 10:30 (pee emm) and am still waiting on the all clear. I hate it when everything goes smoother than a babies ass and then Murphey rears his ugly head. Long story. Anyhoo, on a happier note, EL and I played the Classic 3 this morning with Urs and Sandra. I like that course. It was quick and fun... and it's open late. A note has been entered in the squeaky brainspace.
